THE EXPERIENCE What can I expect from LUMAGICA: Winter Garden? A Winter Garden filled with dazzling lights, woodland creatures and a festive holiday experience. It includes a dazzling hummingbird which lights up the night, a staggering moose overlooking the garden and a larger than life shooting star.

How long does the experience last? 30-50 minutes depending on how fast you go.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? Outdoor.
Is it COVID safe? Do I need to wear a mask/be vaccinated to enter? No restrictions.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase? Yes.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Yes.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience? Seating available at the end of the light show at the Farm Bar.
ACCESS Accessibility? Please know that our terrain is uneven, organic, and not maintained. The event is walking through an apple orchard and there are hills, uneven surfaces and there are trees to navigate through. Parts of the path can be vigorous and slightly steep in several places. The Trails are all marked but you are entering at your own Risk.
Is there an age requirement? No.
Is there parking available? Yes.
What if the weather is bad? We are an outdoor attraction. Therefore, we cannot control the weather and in the unlikely event that the weather forces LUMAGICA and Stone Ridge Orchard to close for the evening, all existing tickets can be rescheduled for a date during the remainder of the event and patrons acknowledge that there are no refunds due to weather. Please check our social media for any weather-related issues that may impact this outdoor, nighttime event. Almost always the show goes on unless the weather makes the walking path unsafe ie: freezing rain.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Guests can show up early and visit the farm stand, farm bar, food truck and/or ice cream. However we ask that you arrive at the entrance of the show on time.
Can I bring my pet? Yes dogs are allowed as long as they are leashed and well behaved
Will there be strobe lights? No.
What items are prohibited at the experience? Weapons and any outside food and/or beverage.
TICKETS Can I purchase a ticket on site? Yes though due to the timed nature of the event tickets in advance are prefered.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating the name of the ticket purchaser. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Do I need to print my ticket? Yes, We do request that you bring a copy of your ticket with you. Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free.
